Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/series number on your products?

Yes, of course. We can provide this service as long as the customer needs it.

Can I order some samples for our testing?

Samples will be invoiced at FOB prices x 2, but they will be refunded when you have placed orders and met MOQ 150 pcs per style per color.

What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?

A 10-year quality warranty includes frame unfading, peel-off, hardware, and accessories working properly under correct operation.

What kind of service will you provide?

We can provide engineering and supervising services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.

How can I differentiate between the varying qualities of aluminum?

The proof of premium quality aluminum is in the surface finish. Good quality aluminum should have a perfectly smooth and consistent finish, while poor quality may have pitting from when the door has been heated during powder coating.

Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?

We have been professionals in this field for 12 years. Usually, we use 5mm+6A+5mm double glass with highly sealed strips and filled with desiccants, also we can offer you glass with argon inside which has a better effect of keeping it dry. Qualified products don’t have steam or go foggy between the double glass.

what is your hot sale product?

We have rich experience in the market of aluminum folding doors in overseas markets, as we have competitive prices with high-quality products and sincere service to our clients, that is why we have good relationships with our wholesalers, distributors, also owners, we have their orders under production in our factory now.

What is your product system?

We have 2 systems, a therm-break, and a non-thermal break system. If you require high performance or are in a cold weather area, you can choose therm-break. Conversely, you can choose a non-thermal break system which can save your cost.

What is the glass option?

Normally, we can provide many types of glass units, single, double & triple glass. We can custom-make the glass unit based on the order spec.

The price depends on your specific requirements. Please provide:1.Shop drawing/window schedule with dimensions, quantity, and type;2.Frame color;3. Glass type, thickness, and color.

All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?

Yes, all the doors & windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on the wall is OK.
